Chocolate Mousse with Raspberries
Ingredients
- 125g milk chocolate
- 2 large egg whites
- 2 tablespoons caster sugar
- 150g raspberries
Method
- Whip egg whites and sugar to a soft meringue and carefully melt the chocolate. Gently fold the meringue into the chocolate.
- Place some raspberries into the bottom of the serving dishes and top with chocolate mousse. Decorate with remaining raspberries & serve.
