Chocolate Mousse with Raspberries


  • 125g milk chocolate
  • 2 large egg whites
  • 2 tablespoons caster sugar
  • 150g raspberries


  1. Whip egg whites and sugar to a soft meringue and carefully melt the chocolate. Gently fold the meringue into the chocolate.
  2. Place some raspberries into the bottom of the serving dishes and top with chocolate mousse. Decorate with remaining raspberries & serve.
