Jam Tarts


  • 12 teaspoons jam
  • 250g shortcrust pastry
  • Flour for dusting


  1. Preheat the oven.
  2. Roll out the pastry to 3mm thick. Use a large cutter to cut 12 circles.
  3. Grease a 12 hole cupcake tin. Press the pastry circles into the cup cake holes as evenly and as smoothly as you can.
  4. Place a teaspoon of jam into the pastry and bake in a hot oven for 12-15 min until crisp and golden.
