Jam Tarts
Ingredients
- 12 teaspoons jam
- 250g shortcrust pastry
- Flour for dusting
Method
- Preheat the oven.
- Roll out the pastry to 3mm thick. Use a large cutter to cut 12 circles.
- Grease a 12 hole cupcake tin. Press the pastry circles into the cup cake holes as evenly and as smoothly as you can.
- Place a teaspoon of jam into the pastry and bake in a hot oven for 12-15 min until crisp and golden.
