Parmesan & Rosemary Pops
Ingredients
- 2 cups ground almonds
- 2 Tbsp dried rosemary
- 2 Tbsp grated parmesan cheese
- 1 Tbsp sesame seeds
- ½ tsp onion granules
- 1 egg beaten
- 2-3 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Method
- Pre heat oven to 180°C.
- Measure and combine all dry ingredients.
- Mix well.
- Add the olive oil and mix.
- Beat egg
- Add to the mixture until it forms a ball.
- Pull out pieces of the mixture and shape into balls.
- Stick a lollipop stick into the mixture.
- Between two sheets of greaseproof paper gently flatten the ball to become a thin flat pop!
- Place onto a baking sheet, bake for 20 – 30 mins until golden brown.
- Cool on a wire rack and serve.
