Puff Pastry Swirls
Ingredients
- 250g puff pastry
- Jar of pesto
- 10 torn basil leaves
- 100g grated cheese (cheddar/mozzarella mix)
- Top with finely chopped sundried tomatoes
Method
- Roll the pastry out until it is about 5mm thick.
- Spread the pesto all over the pastry to form a nice thick layer.
- Sprinkle the cheese all over the pesto.
- Add sundried tomatoes finely chopped!
- Roll this up like a Swiss-roll.
- Cut the roll into slices (about 5cm wide).
- Place the slices on a baking sheet and bake in the oven until golden brown (about 20 minutes).
